Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations. We may contact you to confirm your order before it ships.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared by email, SMS, or the contact details you provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 4-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Contact us at jajraofficial@gmail.com to start a return.

My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. What do I do?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at jajraofficial@gmail.com. We'll need a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened, along with photos of the packaging and product. Claims submitted after 24 hours or without this evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to reflect it.

Are all items returnable?

Customized or made-to-order pieces, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable at purchase are not eligible for return.

Will the color match what I see in photos?

We try to photograph pieces accurately, but actual color and finish can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting, especially for handcrafted and detailed designs.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is packed or dispatched, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
